First Friday Art Walk in Zanesville

The first person ,who Elizabeth and I found was Emily Imes, pictured above. She was playing music on the front porch of Tower Studios on South St. Click on the picture for a link to Itunes! This is a very talented young writer, musician. Hey, she even acknowledges me in the cover. I, personally, think that she has inspired me more than I have helped her.

Of course, all the regular players were there... Linda Regula, Marilyn Knell and the rest of the Tower Studio Gang. Then we stopped a ZAAP, before going on to Paul Emory's studio. Nora Daniels, who was painting behind the studio, directed us next door where fresh cooked potato chips were for sale. Yummy!

Then we walked back to Tower Studios to chat up Emily. There we spied this Cinderella Carriage giving rides to a willing public. Elizabeth wants this on her wedding day. Of course, a prospective spouse would be lovely.

Jordan Rose, I know from my time with the Southeastern Ohio Regional Theater. Jordan played his dobro and sang for passerbys (is that how you say it or is it passerbyers?). Another talented young person.

I am totally in awe of these young people, including my fabulous niece, Elizabeth, who writes, sings and paints.

Perhaps, some of their talent might rub off on me.
